JOB TITLE:

Developer

LOCATION:

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

Development Manager

ROLE:

• Building new applications and/or components.
• Maintaining existing applications and/or components.
• Liasing with clients and partners to define and/or refine specifications.
• Creating documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Programming within SinoCode's coding conventions and methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• A strong Microsoft technologies focus.
• Familiarity with version control applications, particularly VSS.
• Familiarity with Client/Server and n-tier application development.
• Exposure to UML design patterns.
• Commercial IT experience.
• .Net (C#), MCSD preferred.
• High level MS SQL Server (7/2000) ability.
• Other scripting languages such as PERL, PHP, ASP, ColdFusion highly desirable.
• Commercial exposure to Linux is desirable.
• Any programming for the Linux environment i.e. C, C++ is desirable.
