We are able to achieve this through DevFAST, voice solutions, and email.

DevFAST online management portal

DevFAST is a highly effective and efficient online project management tool. This information system provides a very clear communication of the status of your project; the team is working on your project and their availability; tasks; and, documentation. It also includes a trouble ticketing and change and problem management system, providing an audit trail of important communications, 24*7*365.

Skype

Skype is a highly cost-effective, internet-based voice and chat communication tool. It allows SinoCode and its clients the advantages of a phone system, without the inherent high cost.

VoIP

A VoIP handset may be included with your development solution. In this scenario, a VoIP handset resides at the client and/or partner premises and is used as the phone system for communications as part of the project delivery process. This enables SinoCode and the partner and/or the client to communicate via a VoIP network, with the similar ongoing cost advantages as Skype, but with better quality and more features.

POTS (Plain Old Telephone System)

In comparison with other communication options, the telephone is expensive. It can, however, be very useful in scenarios where the client or partner is away from the office and may be using a cell phone.

Language

All SinoCode employees are proficient in English, and some have English as their first language.

Email

Email is very effective tool in communicating alot of information quickly. Whether in the home, at the office, or in transit, your project and client managers will be available to you by this method.

A member of our client management team will be available to meet with your executive team and lead project manager(s) personally to engage SinoCode with your business and bring to the table the best solution for your needs.
